Unless you fully understand that cars aren’t the only things the chip shortage is affecting
It hits everywhere. I am a computer systems engineer and our projects can come to a stand still when our architecture calls for new hardware.

Well, since I schedule large commercial/industrial construction projects, logistics and shortages are not foreign to me. I’ll stand by my post.

I tried to add trailer camera wiring to my 3500 Limited, but unfortunately, Sandi said it wasn't available on the 2022.

I am under the impression that sunroofs were no longer a delayed item on the early orders. I posted a screenshot recently from the RAM order screen that showed a sunroof order on a 3500 Laramie was a delay, but only for Canadian customers. I wonder what the real story is. I have put an additional ~6,000 miles on my 2016 RAM 3500 Laramie trade in since I ordered my '22. Hopefully I get some news soon as I have a nice long Mexico trip planned in November for the Baja 1000 and will putting a few more thousand miles on my trade in just for that trip (it's also my daily driver!) Thank god my dealership is a good one!

Good to know. Wasn't planning on pestering with updates but I would like to know when my build status changes. I was told to reach out every 2 weeks for an update if I didn't hear from her. Not in a rush so had planned on just letting her reach out when she had time but sounds like they don't give updates unless requested.
 
Where are you all getting these build progression updates, codes, window stickers, etc?

Is this being provided via the Ram Chat?

LOL...I wish I knew! The thing is...I'm excited, but not in a rush, as I can't drive for another month-ish anyway due to knee surgery.

It is odd, mine was a pre order by default. They kicked out my 21 order in April.

You wouldn't be able to log onto it anyway, possibly check your dealer.
