2022 Ram HD Builds and orders - Post and discuss your TRUCK order here! ** NEW USERS READ POST #1 **

Requirements for becoming a member or will you give out loans to non-members?
I'm not sure how to become a member. My wife is a nurse for Mayo Hospital in Mankato so we are automatically members. I'd say give them a call if you are interested in becoming a member. They always have very good rates.

My PoC says A76 Laramie Level A Equipment Group. Is this the same as Laramie Level 1 Equipment Group.

I also have ADK Towing Technology Group B and AAV Safety Group B. The new product info does mention any “Group B” packages. Anybody have any ideas what this means?

I noticed that when comparing to my POC and was wondering the same thing?

The stellantis release for the 2022 features that was linked earlier is obviously full of incorrect information, 1&2 packages copied over from the beginning of 2021 MY, etc. We already know that the 8.4 non nav is standard equipment on a big horn, and the release has it as available as part of a package. Same with the 2022 HD pics release- those are all pics of 2021 HDs.
The 8.4" Uconnect wasn't standard on the BIg Horn. It was part of the Level 1 or stand alone option. Most dealers ordered it with Level 1 or 2. But, yeah, lots of inconsistencies.

It also says "On-Demand" transfer case (this is the 4-Auto or full time)....in which all of the 2022 equipment listings so far say "Elec Shift-On-The-Fly Transfer Case" (this is a part time transfer case). I really wish you could get a Full-time transfer case in a HD truck.

Sales manager who I know told me that my Ship date is 9/9. I ordered 6/18. But my truck is still in D1 status. It was in D2 at one point. I don’t know wtf to think. But I’m ready for my truck to start pulling

I think Penfed and USAA are offering 1.90-1.99 for up to 60 months. Since I have a few more months to save I'm hoping to maximize my down payment or pay cash.
USAA doesn't do auto loans for over 50k last time I checked. I Aassumed they did and found out the hard way when I bought my 2019 last year. The only good thing about these crazy delays is I can save up enough down payment to get below that 50k mark.

Since when?

When I ordered/bought my 2020, I was preapproved with USAA for up to 75K.

Well ill be dammed, did you call or go online? Around last July the website was showing a cap at 50k and when my dad tried a few years ago he was capped at 50k also. I will have to give them a call next week, thaks for the heads up and correction on the information.

All online. It was an application for pre-approval, not just whatever was showing somewhere on their website. In the end I ended up getting a better pre-approved rate from my primary bank (US Bank), and then the dealer shaved even more off that rate with the same (US Bank).

ETA: The bank rates also beat all my accessible CU rates. Red Rocks, PenFed.
