Alignment Specs after level springs

After I installed the Power Wagon springs, I set toe per Thuren and drove for a while. Drove great!! I finally had time at our shop last night to through it up on the alignment rack. With the cams in the stock position, caster was at 2.2. I rotated the cams both ways to max and learned that you only have .5 of change from one extreme to the other. I am now at 2.5 and while the truck drives great, no difference in feel from the 1.9. To get any more castor, looks like radius arm drop brackets, maybe Power Wagon radius arms, or some other arm with some built in castor.

Any thoughts on this?

.5° ain’t right. There is more than that. There should be enough caster adjustment to compensate for ~3” of lift and run a caster angle near 4°

Fwiw I changed mine this much with a 1” front lift to keep the same angle as I had before the lift .

Got it. I'm gonna put it back on the rack. I reset the machine twice to make sure of what I was seeing. I'll try this again.

I just read thru the alignment page on the Thuren site and printed out their spec sheet to take to my alignment shop.

One thing on the info page is it says to loosen up certian bolts before adjusting. Did you do that?

I have a stock PW, so it already has a 2" factory lift. But I have a vibration between 65 and 70 MPH. So figured I'd take it to someone I trust rather than back to the dealer. Plus he's closer. I'm going to have him use the Thuren specs. We will see what happens.

I did loosed the upper bolt on the radius arm to allow the cam to easily rotate the axle. I even used a pry bar to make sure all slop was out of the hardware when I went to tighten everything back up. I'll retry the alignment and see what happens.

Maybe also try getting those tires rebalanced again.
I did loosen the top bolts before adjusting and even dove it around the block before retightening the top bolts.

I have balance beads in my 35's. They get rebalanced every time I drive it. ;)
But the vibration was there on day one when I drove it home. Thought it was just our ****ty freeways out here.
