2022 Ram HD Builds and orders - Post and discuss your TRUCK order here! ** NEW USERS READ POST #1 **

Did you order from one of those 2-3% under invoice Ford dealers?

I haven’t pulled the trigger but have been in contact with sales manager. The one I found accepts X Plan pricing which is a hair below invoice. AND, the dealer is 40 miles away. I’m gonna hang on another week, maybe two. If they don’t charge deposit, it would be a no brainer to go ahead and order.

My order was placed on 5/18. 4615th order accepted. Tomorrow, I start the 16th week of back and forth status changes and multiple false estimated build dates and estimated ship dates. This 22 will be my seventh HD Cummins. Started looking at some on the lot 22 Denali’s (I’ve owned 2)this week out of frustration. July and August placed orders should not be ahead of us!
They just started building them August 9th so you are on week 3.

Right there with ya 05/18 order #2331 only been told "no status change" and now "parts are recieved and the build process should start soon"

I’ve had a speed utv on order since 2020 and I don’t expect to see it until sometime next year. It’s helped train me to be patient. Waiting does suck though! But at least most of us get updates from the dealer upon request. When you ask speed for an update on eta the response is always “It will come in when it comes in.”

Trying really hard to be patient but starting to get frustrated, ordered 5-24 no info from ram chat besides the same bs I have got from day 1, no info from dealer, salesman is some kid and didn’t even know what friends and family pricing was. Anyone else feel like they should have just tried to find a 21 on a lot somewhere ?
I did for a moment, haggled with a salesman on a 21, then decided to be patient. Paying MSRP with decent trade-in I’d still end up paying $8k more for less truck. Not worth being impatient.

They had some big horn mega cab Drw at Bill Luke in Phoenix. 3 to be exact when I went in to look at them. Wanted 3k above msrp and 2 of them had sold that morning. Would have cost me more then my loaded limited if I’d gone that route.

Almost bought one of the black ones from them a few weeks ago but they called when it got to the lot and said it cost more now that it arrived so built one with them instead and got a pretty loaded Laramie for less money. Just need it before Jan 1st.

I went in may 19th and they had a granite, white, and black and all three were night edition. Salesman said 2 were already sold and the third one was expected to be sold by the end of the day so they weren’t negotiating at all. What kind of deal did they give you on your Laramie order?

Not sure how accurate this is but it was updated today, says production started 8/9/2021. I take that to mean the early orders were just waiting until the start of 8/9/2021.

How did you find out what order number you are? Does that mean your order was the 2,331st 2022 RAM ordered? Would be interested to see where mine stacks up as I got my order in 05/07.

I typically deal will fleet so I’m not sure if that’s any different, but they have built a couple trucks for me in the past and have had a good experience with them. Also can in a bit lower than anyone els I looked at.
