When did you order? I also ordered a Big Horn on 6/26. Hoping to have it for a camping trip in early Oct, plus the 90 day guarantee on my trade in value. May have to extend that or at least try to.

6/14 order,supposed to deck on 8/30
 
dealer told me that my truck is going to be here around October. November I ordered in march 2500 longhorn. originally he told me truck should be here in July (bs) canceled that today couldn't wait anymore without a work truck got lucky snatched a trx from them was looking forward to getting the cummins but it Is what it is

You went from a 2500 Cummins to a TRX, two badass trucks but opposite ends of the spectrum for sure. Glad you were able to get into a truck but you need to post pics of your new ride. Every time I see a TRX it catches my eye, trucks look mean!!

definitely opposite ends for sure couldn't stay without a pickup anymore I traded in my ram back in march when I ordered the 2500 since he told me July I thought I can bare without it I have been driving my Porsche around for months going to job sites etc I work in construction so its no fun couldn't do it anymore so pulled the trigger and im very happy with it truck is a tank sits taller then a 2500 too im going to have fun plowing snow in a trx :cool:

If there's no parts to build them then they can't be built. Makes sense if it all comes down to the chips that a truck that takes more chips will take longer to be made. Sucks as I'm in the same boat but mentally prepared myself for an extra long wait. At this point, another month or two isn't going to be the end of the world, the truck it is replacing is an '04 Ram so it is long overdue to be replaced already, lol

That’s my concern. I just texted my salesman asking what’s going to happen with my trade if the 22 takes till November to arrive

The parts required to build the vehicle are being scheduled and as soon as they available and ready, order will be scheduled for build. I can tell you Stellantis has not announced when they are starting the 2022 builds. We do not see a date on our end until your vehicle is built and in the shipping status. that being said and even know we have not started production for the 2022 vehicle what I can do is escalate our case [REMOVED] to be looked into. Is the email you provided a good contact email?

Me (8/19/2021, 10:34:42 AM): Yes, it is. And thank you. The 2022 build start dates obviously keep getting pushed. Any escalation to get additional details on order tracking would be appreciated. I just need a realistic expectation and keep getting told different things, so I appreciate you opening up a new case.

Me (8/19/2021, 10:36:43 AM): According to donlen.com, production date for RAM 3500s was supposed to start 8/9/21. That was pushed from 7/26/21.

Krystal (8/19/2021, 10:37:29 AM): You are very welcome Stephanie. I understand I wish I could tell you but until Stellantis provides us with information and announces the production we will not have the information. I will escalate our case and our escalation team will reach out to you via email within 1-2 business days.

I guess I am lucky in that I work from home and have no urgent need for the new truck. Getting on just fine as a single car household right now. I was able to sell my 09 Silverado before the end of June and maximized what I could get before the market turned for used cars. So I am sitting on a nice down payment waiting on the new truck. I admit to getting a little stir crazy and spend way too much time checking this forum and the equipment build pages with my VIN for news but I know it will get here in the next month or two. I just wish I could stop drooling every time a nice, big, shiny RAM 2500 pulls up besides me.
 
If anyone talks to Sandi about trade values, let me know what she says. That way, we don’t all bother her.

Someone a few pages back mentioned a 60 day extension on their trade with Mark Dodge. I thought it was you.
 
Yeah, seems I remember seeing that too. I guess I’ll just email her.
