I ran into this exact same issue on a 3500 Bighorn build, they kept telling me maybe it's included in the Level B Equipment Group but was waiting for an answer from there Regional Rep at Mark Dodge.

The easiest way to add Premium Lights to a Bighorn is to add the Tech Package. Another member told me about this.

Me too. Regular cab 3500 Big Horn with Level B. The tech package isn't available on the Regular cabs, so I'll be adding the LEDs after it comes in.

I ordered my truck last month and got the VIN today. Anybody know if and how I can add any options? Dealer told me I couldn't do the LED headlights with the Big Horn.

The chance of adding options is very slim.

Indeed, I tried changing something one day after my order was placed and it didn't make it in. No big deal, but I wouldn't count on it.

Just checked the status of mine through ram chat, NG116702 ordered 6/25. They said 2022 production hasn't started yet. I thought it started yesterday? If not, when do we expect to see them start the 2022's.

I ordered last Wednesday from Sandi and haven't heard back on a VIN. She said to wait a week or so then ask so I haven't bothered her. Did you ask for the VIN or did she send it on her own? Just curious.
