Changing order details before truck is built

Hi guys. I order a 22 Laramie 2500 and am having some color regret. I went with the Granite Gray night edition but I've always had black trucks and I want to change the color to black. Also with the great deal from Mark Dodge, I'd like to add a sunroof. I just ordered on 8/4, dont even have a VIN yet. Has anyone changed features after submitting their builds with success? Does Mark Dodge care to assist? Thanks!!

Yes I did 3 weeks after I put the order in but the sales manager had to call his rep from fca and try to get it changed. Mine wasn't a color change but I added about $4k of safety options and they got it done no problem. Bit I would say the sooner you call them the better !

You're going to have to contact them, ASAP, we don't work there.

I'd have done it yesterday if I were you. Once that truck starts being built, you're more than likely **** out of luck.

This. All they can do is request the change. No idea how long it takes to hear back though. They might also be able to cancel the order and reorder.

On mine it took 3 days for them to get a answer and there is no way with him just ordering the truck it's even close to starting a build on it. It's way back in the line with all the people just on the forum that have placed orders months ago with none even started being built yet.

It was easy enough to change. I called the same day I posted this. They drafted up new paperwork for me to sign within the hour. Pretty easy, I'm still in build limbo without a VIN so I doubt it had much effect on anything. If anyone else is looking to do this, they are accommodating (Mark Dodge, that is) and it was painless. Just do it sooner rather than later. Thanks.
