So I just bought a new 2021 Ram 3500 LB with the large Cummins, air suspension, towing & 5th wheel prep packages.
I am overall happy with it, but it does seem to have a few little hiccups that I have taken it in yet the dealership told they have no solution.

Regardless I will post that in the appropriate locations.
Thank you everyone!

Welcome to the site .
You need to explain what the hiccups are and someone on this site may be able to help you address the problems .

Another flawless trip. Pulled mountains all thru the Northwest and back to S Cal . About 4000 miles towing 15 k . Average 10 .5 overall . Got 20 k on it now .

1- The passenger door doesn't seal all the time properly and will trip the light on the dash that the door is not closed if someone closes it in a soft manner.
Additionally you can hear air (as in lack of sealing) while sitting in the passenger seat. The dealership I took it to for repair stated "the seals need to wear in."

2- The air conditioner seems like the air flow is sometimes restricted. Yet while driving (usually in windy weather) a sudden gust of air will open some kind of flap in the passenger dash area. Suddenly you can feel a greater flow of air, as well as it will be vastly colder. However this may only last for few moments to a few minutes. Then the air goes back to being very sluggish. You will have to have it all the way up on level 7 and the temp all they way to LO vs a number for the vehicle to remain comfortable.

I know about the TSB for the 2020 models but that doesn't seem to help me. The dealership kept the truck for a few days and then just told me sorry, nothing they could do or see/find wrong with it.

Additionally, you can see the post I made about the front end.. https://hdrams.com/forum/index.php?threads/need-to-replace-the-grille-any-advice.6285/

Thank you!

Seals have to wear in ? Are you kidding me ! They need to adjust the door . Seals don’t wear in they wear out. Good thing your trannys not leaking or anything else . They would probably use that same line of BS !
