6.7 with 2,156 miles. Check engine light came on this morning on the way to work. Dealer I purchased from is over an hour away in Huntsville, TX (low inventory everywhere and they had the truck), and I wanted to see if you guys knew the best RAM service dealer in the Houston area? Or, just make the drive?

Helfman Ram Dealer that was close told me I could leave it for 48 hours and they would run the scan, so I drove to Wischnewski in Huntsville and they helped me right away. It was code P218 DEF Pump. Service Manager said they are on backorder and they have changed the part number. He reset the code and it hasn't returned as of yet.

At the very least pop in to autozone and pull the code. That'll help determine your urgency.

Hopefully the new part pumps less.

lol

Code is P218F and Dealer says he will have the new pump on Monday. 1/2 day to install.
