2022 Ram HD Builds and orders - Post and discuss your TRUCK order here! ** NEW USERS READ POST #1 **

Few hundred miles less drive home.
I'd tow it back for ya, but I think yours will arrive before mine. Haha. I'll be back and forth between AZ and TX until the end of the year.

I think mine pencils out to 11.8% off from Sandi. Really was wishing Dennis Dillon wanted to play ball as that drive home was way easier. But the. Again I’ve never been further east than Az. But will ship if the numbers are right. 3 days driving home alone looks pretty peaceful though(I’m a stay at home dad with 4 kids, 9months to 7)
I thought about doing the drive. Then thought about the time of year I’d most likely be doing it and decided the little bit more I’d save wasn't worth it. My kids are 10 and 12 so not so bad. :)

If it’s ****ty weather season I think I would rather drive it myself as I will avoid say a hailstorm.

If I drive it I’ll probably see if they will bring it to Austin then do Austin to somewhere around Roswell. Then Roswell to Phoenix and home th next day.
Yeah, best plan of attack. I think they will.

I’d take you up on that. I can fly into Phoenix dirt cheap and do that drive home in a day.
Gives me something to pull to work out that Cummins! Haha. Let's see how the timing works out.

I was more curious about what Mr. 12% was paying.

I’m in Washington state and got the invoice less holdback deal. Sandi did give me a quote that came to 11.4% off MSRP but shipping 2500 miles could eat that savings up fast. I did see early on where the SW people talked about grouping up to save money on shipping.
Honestly, that invoice minus holdbacks sounds like the best deal for you if it’s nearby. 2500 miles is probably going to be more than $1500… and that’s 2500 chances of catching a rock in transit.

I got 11% off MSRP from my local dealer when I ordered my 2020 Limited (invoice less full holdback). Couple that with the large down they accepted on a CC.

As much as we appreciate Aaron and Sandi @ Mark Dodge and the other dealers doing the deep discount deals, no way I'd pass on the same deal again locally if I was going to order - and if FCA doesn't make it right with the CP4 I just may do that.

Ordered 2500 Big horn Cummins on 7/7
NG120089. Added to spreadsheet. Dealership told me yesterday it should be here around 2nd week of September

LOL.

Zero when you pay off any balance every month.

Who in their right mind would do that and carry the balance?
You certainly make good point, its something I’ll consider with my ram cc . I’m wondering if i can put additional deposit with mark dodge?

I suspect Mark Dodge will get orders 1st with the volume they do and only 700 miles from Mexico plant

How can they build 21 model when 22 start being built on August 9th
FYI: It's not Aug. 9th for over another week.

The factory has another full week to pump out 2021 models. Plus, there is always
the chance that the 8/9 start date for the 2022's could get pushed again like the
previous July 26th start date did.

my thinking is driving 2,000 mile with tolls air fare, hotel fuel and chance being auto accident plus time that’s precious to me I’m money a head paying $1300 .

These are all great possibilities. I guess we will all no in few weeks.

Well I just received an unsolicited email from my Dealership that my truck is scheduled to be built on August 9th.My vin is NG100534 (pretty early) I know from previous posts that this is the first day of production for the 22's. Hopefully if this is true they have the bugs worked out for the new production run!

Lucky! I’m NG100518. No build date yet, but I have a few options that will probably delay things a bit. Hopefully not too long tho!

Mine is a Pretty bare bones 4x4 crew cab long bed cummins standard output in black with no chrome and vinyl seats and floor mats. The only extras I ordered were the 8.4 screen, Bedliner, 50 gallon tank, backup warning, cold weather and 5th wheel prep.

It literally says "Dave, Looks like your truck is scheduled to be built August 9th!"
No build sheet or anything like that.

I also got this email a while back regarding the change in pricing for the 22 models. My original salesman quit due to the lack of inventory coming in at the dealership so I was assigned to the internet sales manager.

Dave,
We were assuming a sale price of $53,277, it is now $53,853.
You have $351 for new tags, $500 dealer processing, and $3,261.18 of taxes. This totals $57,965.18
