Don’t think the factory is closed. There are still 2021 trucks being built. No doubt the 8/9 2022 start date will get pushed again.

From my experience, shipping just means it leaves the factory. It could take several weeks before it leaves on a train/truck. An order that was shipped on 5/28 and arrived at the dealership on 7/14.

I ordered 6-29 and have a VIN now but no updates yet other than what others are getting from ram chat..

That's because factory doesn't start till August 9th

The 2021 I ordered had its build sheet just pop up this morning on Cryptostickers, so it seems the are still building them (unless that order was one of the absolute very last 2021s). I ordered that one on 4/29

My last update on my 2021 order was July 15th when it went in to D1 status. Hopefully it will be built next week.
 
What are the normal build times on a 2500 limited or big horn? I know options etc matter, Just looking for average times! these trucks are built in Mexico correct?
