2022 Ram HD Builds and orders - Post and discuss your TRUCK order here! ** NEW USERS READ POST #1 **

For penfed coupon, we cannot use their current coupon as it expires on 8/2 and states it’s only for 21 models. Hopefully, they keep this deal going for the 22 models.
Regardless, I opened an account with them earlier this month. Their savings rate was pretty good anyways.

Ill-fitting? I have read that the AMP Steps fit and look better than the OEM option Steps.
I would tend to agree with that, my AMP power steps that I have on my 2015 tuck up totally out of site. The Factory power steps are somewhat visible, so I would say the AMP steps have a little bit cleaning look to them.

Weird, no where does it have model years (both on the site and on the coupon). It just says to take to the ram dealer and use by 9/24/21.
Edit: it does show 2021 when you print the form out:

Neither, just be a member for 60 days. I created a free savings account and put $5 in it. Then there is a link you use to get the $1000 coupon after 60 days.

In order to apply the incentive, does the dealer have to participate (similar to TreadLightly)?

Two issues with the PedFed Bonus I see. First, is it looks like a TrueCar affiliation. Now that I have negotiated and ordered my truck through my local dealer, I can't buy it through another Buying Service like PenFed, TrueCar or Costco who will take credit for the sale.

Second, I have been PenFed member for years. so when I went on their website for details, it said log-in for your Bonus registration & certificate. When I did, it immediately issued me the actual code number that says "Bring this to your dealer at closing. Offer Expires on 09/25/21". Ugh... that's not good if your vehicle doesn't arrive until November or December, etc.. Hopefully, when the registration code expires unused, you are still eligible for applying for a registration number again.

Just got off the phone with Ram care, they told me that my 22 6.7 tradesman NG106564 ordered on June 10th is in "S" status and the build was started on July 23rd...

You can call them to verify, but there should be offers for the 2022 after the 2021's expire. Then you will be able to use the new code.

Costco auto program is similar about 1% under invoice. Dealers pay for this service.
if you get it get the gold version bigger discounts ‍♂️

Doesn't appear so. Seems as long as they are a Ram Dealer they will honor the cash coupon.
Edit: Tread Lightly is an FCA affiliate. Which mean, I would think, all Ram dealers have to honor that program.

I would put air bags in the back of your truck ,looks a little low with the 5th wheel connection to truck

LOL.

The truck has air, it's set to Alt trailer height and is perfectly level. The fifth wheel is within 1/2" level and the boat trailer is level.

The angle of the pic may make it appear different.

Here's one where the truck wasn't set to Alt trailer height so only 1" higher at the rear wheels.

Gonna sign up with Tread Lightly. Thx for that. $100 membership fee, but that's $400 discount after the fee. It helps. Any other companies offering FCA discount you guys know of?
YES PENFED CREDIT UNION ANOTHER $1,000. FOR 21 not sure about 22 but were betting on it
