2016 3500 codes

I had these two codes appear while I was under a load.
U010C
P0046

I researched the codes and decided to take it in to a mechanic. When I started the vehicle this morning, the check engine light was gone and the codes were gone as well from my code reader. I still took it in to the mechanic. Any ideas? grounding issue?

It appears they are related to your turbochargers performance. They are known to have some issues with the actuator, maybe contact https://www.citydiesel.net/index.php?action=viewitem&itemid=27185 and tell them what you have going on and see if their actuator would help you out.
