Seeking to purchase a new Power Wagon before year end. Anyone know of any dealers with inventory. Would like to locate one with the Ram Cargo Boxes option and Level 2 package . Please advise. Thanks for your courtesies.

Could use the build and price tool on Ram website. After you build it out there is a link to search new inventory near bottom of page. It will allow you to search by zip code or nationwide.

Smith Auto in Weiser Idaho has a level 2 with other options pearl green PW in stock. Does not have ram boxes. Peterson truck stampede in Boise has 2 Power wagons in stock but not as loaded.

I checked on the level 2 package PW in Weiser, Id. Right now they are listing it for almost 15K below sticker. It would be a great buy for anyone in the market for a loaded Power Wagon.

Not a ton of them left out there. Drives me crazy that none of the dealer orders have important items like the dual alternators. I get it, you can wheel deal for the next couple of months. But as expensive as trucks are, I kind of want to get exactly what I want. Plus who knows, what if Ram surprises us with something really interesting in a month? Could happen I suppose.

So go to the dealer and order what you want...

Correct. A winch requires a High Put Alternator or Dual Batteries. A High Output Alternator is less weight for sure, so that is what I have gone to in rigs. With 2 alternators you are never lacking voltage when you are conducting a recovery, it is fantastic. These are trucks meant for recoveries, and hard work. I have so many hours on my 2018 winch I wonder when it will wear out! 100+ vehicle recoveries, winching trees, heavy equipment, loading stuff...But hard pulls like a vehicle up a cliff, or stuck skid steer are where that extra alternator is amazing.

If you are setup for camping/overlanding with a vehicle that uses electric vs. propane having the extra capacity to recharge power banks is a big plus with dual alternators.
