Any good dealer recommendations I am east of the twin cities and looking for a new dealer. My 2019 ram 3500 took out its first 68rfe transmission (completely stock truck) at <20K miles and it took my old Dealer 16 days for the repair. Ram sent them a whole new transmission when I only took out 5 and 6th gears. They could not offer me a vehicle to keep my business up and running because "It is apparent that you likely use the truck in a more advanced capacity than most consumers do" all I asked for was a gooseneck ball. Now I am 1 week later and worried the new transmission is going out since there is obvious clutch squeal when the truck is shifted to drive and am looking for advice from you before I just randomly start calling dealerships for a good dealer I will travel. Should be a business link dealer as it is not my personal truck it is my businesses truck.

No longer in the Cities but I've bought once from Nelson in Fergus Falls and once from Waconia and they were both easy to deal with. I also used Waconia for service and warranty for multiple vehicles and they did a great job. I would not recommend Walser in Hopkins, I didn't buy anything there but I didn't have a good experience trying to. Can't really help you out on the east side though sorry.

You should PM ramcares though and get a Star case started if you aren't having a good dealer experience with your warranty repairs.

We certainly regret to hear about the trouble you've faced with your past dealer services. In the future, our team would be happy to escalate a case on your behalf if needed to ensure that your concerns are addressed with the highest standard. Please reach out via private message prior to any future dealer service if additional support is needed.
