wired camera confusion

We specifically ordered our truck to utilize the digital rear view mirror for towing. After much questioning, per instruction of the dealer and Ram rep, we ordered the “tow mode digital RR mirror package” with the understanding this would allow for rear view mirror split screen capability and include the wired camera with coax connector Since taking ownership we have realized two bothersome items; 1. It appears our truck does not allow for side cameras to be viewed on the digital rear view mirror (as shown on the ordering website photo - ridiculous) and 2. The wired tow mode camera with coax connector did not come with the vehicle and no one can provide information on part number and getting this to us. I assume at least this wired camera would give us a digital view behind our trailer. Anyone?

At this point I'm leaning towards a third party wireless cam setup - prob better anyway.... Haloview BT7 with TMPS?

Just got my 2026 Ram 5500 chassis cab. The window sticker says I have digital rear view mirror and ParkView Rear Backup Camera Kit. The attached pictures show the camera connection located at the back of the cab. There's a similar connector at the end of the chassis. The one on the end shows a picture on the screen with the radio. It also works with my Camera Source kit that I use on my 2019 Ram 3500. I'm wondering what the connection near the DEF fill site is for and if I need to change settings on the UConnect screen or on the rear view mirror. I'm hoping this connection is for the trailer tow camera and that it will show on the digital rear view mirror. I'd appreciate any suggestions
