Well had a new one yesterday, left the racetrack after camping all weekend and only got a single squirt from the windshield wipers. Odd but at least the windshield was clean.

Once home, popped the hood and had the wife hit the washer… dumb idea. Instantly drenched from the stray coming straight up from the battery area lol!

Turns out the plastic piping that runs from the washer motor to the hood has “slip on” fittings and of course the 90 degree fitting beside the battery popped off … it’s basically just inside the fender, what a pain in the ass to fix.

I pushed it back on and tested ok however now I’m curious if these need replacing once in a while.

I watched a YT vid on this... He used zip ties over the connection after he popped it back together... I had one off last week and I used this method and it was easy to do... Pull the zip as tight as you can... I am thinking of zip tying all the connectors tight prior to this winter
