Winch and fender flares

Will the fender flares off a power wagon fit on the 2500 Laramie (l like the power wagon flares). Also can you put a hidden winch set up on the Laramie like the power wagon using the factory Laramie bumper.
 
Winch bracket will fit, if you have a hemi. But not with a Cummins. It’s been covered in detail a couple times
