WiFi+ and Weather App

My '21 3500 had this weather app that worked great, never had to pay for anything. The new 3500 has a similar App that worked great day one when I picked it up from the dealer. The screen view was awesome. Fast-forward to the next day, and now says I don't have a subscription. I called Uconnect and was told I had to sign up for the WiFi+ package for a measly $17.99/month. Besides WIFI, it offer remote start and other goodies that are nice but don't need. So I signed up anyway, and the weather app is still awol. Also the WIFI will not connect and tells me to see the dealer. Called Uconnect again, we tried troubleshooting, but still not connecting. Now I get a go see dealer every time truck starts. Talked to one of the service writers at the dealership, and he thought one of his guys could help me, but, they were at lunch and have yet to hear from them. I have an appointment next week, but it is 30 miles one way. only issue so far with a 150 miles on the odometer
