Why is dealer orders only diesels ? Anyone taking guesses when you can order a 6.4L?

Had an “incident” with my baby and she’s gonna be a write off … dealer says that the options I want I need to order but here in Canada they have only opened up ordering Diesels. So I can’t get my 6.4L gasser. What the heck ? Does anyone have any guesses when gassers will become available for dealer order ? I need to vent, but can’t let it out or this post will need to be marked NSFW. Sigh. I can’t win and it’s not even my fault. R.I.P. my ‘19 Ram 2500 Big Horn. Worst part is you were taken from me too soon at no fault of my own

Omg I hope so. Canada always lags behind but I’ve just got the worst timing. Like I dealers here only have either beautiful loaded trucks that are out of my price range or complete garbage bottom of the barrel. Can’t order a 2024. Can’t order a 2025. And stuck using a rental until insurance makes their first offer for my write off and cuts me off the rental use

I wanted a Laramie Hemi but it wasn't available in 2024 so I got a Big Horn which did have the Hemi available. My understanding is it was still in the order guide but Ram never opened it up for ordering. In the 2025 order guide (and probably the 2024) the base price fore the Laramie has the Hemi engine. I was told it was same in 2024, you just couldn't order it with the base engine because Ram never opened it up.
So far my understanding is Ram has opened up the Tradesman for ordering with the Hemi. Only Ram knows knows at what trim level they will stop offering the Hemi for 2025.

In Winnipeg the dealers only have the ability to order Diesels at the moment, nothing at all for Gas engines. The salesman that I am dealing with is zero pressure, he promised to check twice a day for me and let me know the second that I can order a truck ... But it really sucks because I am driving a rental until I get my insurance settlement. The dealer did confirm that we cant do 2024 orders any more and he did a 2,000 km search for inventory around us and either we are stuck with something that is a barebones tradesman or a crazy overpriced 100K + truck. So nothing I can do but keep waiting and hoping for Rams in Canada to open up the Hemi Option ... I was warned it might be a couple days or it might be a couple of months, completely out of our control

My big problem is that I am after an Optioned up Big Horn because it is a work truck so 100K fancy Laramie just doesnt work, but I spend so much time in it that a Tradesman with zero options also doesnt work. Im just stuck in limbo

I suspect they will open up Big Horns to ordering Hemi's but I'm just guessing. Heck, they might even open up Laramies to Hemi's, who knows. I'd be disappointed if they do since I would have waited until 2025 if I had known.
