Why doesnt this seat have 2 mounting points on the rear side of the seat?

Unless it was a megacab, no way those came out of a 4.5 Gen HD. Those look like they are from a 5th gen 1500.

Those are 100% 5th gen 1500 seats. The dead giveaway is the full fold-down console, which no HD Ram has.
