Whining when accelerating (Loading engine)

Good day all really could use some help here. Ram 2500 6.7 Cummins 110k had a bad EGR cooler so I replaced it and also replaced the heater grid and intake with the Banks monster ram kit. Now there is a whine, not like the turbo spooling up but a high pitch wine whiling accelerating. It will go quiet after if I ease off the throttle but will come back as soon the load on the engine returns. Has anyone else had an issue / concern like this. Someone local told me it was my turbo (Bearings), but why now it never did that before I replaced the EGR cooler.
