Which is muffler......

Dumb question but which is the muffler and which is the resonator? Is the muffler by the right rear tire and the resonator the longer tube further back?

Yup. The resonator is what you can see above and behind the right rear tire. Muffler is the next large chamber up the pipe under the truck between the frame and driveline
