Batteries died today at 2.5 years. Made in Brazil! Sheesh. Not one mark on either battery saying what Group Size they are. My best guess is Group 94R H7. If so, probably get Duracell at Sam's.
Is that correct????

I always buy the AGM batteries at Walmart. $179 each last year when I bought them.

Since AGM batteries use a slightly different charging specification, I had to change the computer in the truck to "look" for AGM batteries. This was easily done with the ForScan app. I wonder if Rams need the same thing done with AlfaOBD or similar?

Where did you make change in the computer for a AGM battery?

I believe it was located in the Body Control Module. The ForScan app was able to make the change. ALSO, the Ford trucks are set up to charge the batteries to 80% from the factory. I changed that setting to 90%.

Ram trucks probably use different terminology, but I would bet a lot of the settings are similar if a guy could just figure out how to get in there and look with a fancy scanner, or AlfaOBD, or maybe that JScan software people here talk about.
