wheel well liners 5th wheel prep

looking for wheel well liners , ram 2500 5th wheel prep package, not sure why but many aftermarket say " won't fit dually or 5th wheel?"
does that apply? (I don't see anything that would be in the way)
what has you used?

They are likely meaning trucks that have aftermarket 5th wheel rails as there is a bracket that goes on the frame? My 2019 has the OEM liners and the puck system so you could use the OEM ones atleast

The brackets for the rails are all on the inside of the frame tho. At least the b&w rails I just installed are.
