Wheel to wheel bars for regular cab/long bed

Any options for wheel to wheel nerf bars or steps for regular cab long beds? So far the only thing I've found is the Luverne 7" grip step and I don't love the look in pictures. I want the wheel to wheel so i can use the step for accessing tonneau cover and ladder rack. I realize its probably not a huge market (regular cab long beds) and if thats the case I'll probably end up buying something for a quad or mega cab and welding up new brackets.

Do a google search for N Fab part # D0989RC-4. It will be listed as a 2021 1500 Classic Regular Cab but that is the cab we have on our Gen 4.5 HD's.
