What's up with RAM's early tire wear on the outer fronts??

Here’s a couple of pictures of my tires to show how they are wearing with about 30k miles on this set of tires.

I had my BFGs do that at about 5K miles. Put them on when the truck had 200 miles on it. Alignment was out from the factory. Aligned to Thuren specs and fixed the issue.
I rotate every 5K miles.
