What size tires fit with a leveling kit on stock 20s

Hello, new to the forum here. I’m about to pull the trigger on a 2500 cc sb Laramie with the factory 20s. I’d like to level it and put larger tires on it. Will a 35” tire fit on the stockers with a level? Or will I need to stick to 33”? Thanks ahead of time!

The stock tires are 33.5. A 295/65r20 will fit just fine. That's a true 35x11.5. You might get slight rub on the control arm but you will never feel it.

I have 35s on 17x9 +20 offset with stock suspension and there is zero rub. These are essentially the same specs as your stock wheels. You should have no problems.

Stock wheels are closer to +45 offset. 295 or 12.5 wide tires will rub the control arms slightly on stock wheels. The +20 offset pushes them out enough to not rub.

Actually, 37x12.50s will barely rub with +20 offset wheels and that can be cleared will a box cutter to the plastic at the back of the wheel well.

I have 18x9 +18 Method Grids on my 2014 that I'm moving to my 2019 along with my Thuren coils and a set of new 37s.

Wheel diameter makes no difference with the control arm clearance. It's the offset combined with the tire width that makes the difference. When you push the wheel out an inch, the tire will no longer hit the control arm. +18-25mm offset is the best for overall clearance.

The overall tire diameter is what makes you have to trim the fender liner.

Putting larger tires on lowers your final drive ratio. Increase tire diameter by 2", and your original tire size is 33", that's an extra 6% distance the truck moves for each engine revolution, which is a 6.1% reduction in the ratio. It's the equivalent of changing a 4.10 rear end to 3.85. That said, it's a fairly small change in performance for most towing. It doesn't really impact towing too much, unless you're pulling up more extreme grades or you've got extreme loads.

It can change handling slightly, you'll be sitting up slightly higher, your hitch is higher, but it's very small differences and some people don't notice them at all.

I have just about everything Carli you can put on my 13 2500 and their stuff is amazing!
Just ordered a 19 3500 SRW and can't wait to start tweaking it.
