What setting on B&W companion?

I have a ‘19 double cab 3500 DRW with a 34’ish prime time crusader. Everything is stock on truck and camper. I know these measurement are tailored to each combination, I guess I’m looking for a good starting place. I installed mine middle of the road. What do y’all think?

Ok. I went 2” behind because I have a pretty big(tall) weather guard tool box, and I didn’t want to get into it.
