Any ideas?

Have you checked all of the steering wheel controls to make sure they are working? Also its heater if you have it? Sounds like a clockspring to me...

Everything working fine.

Noise comes and goes which is weird. Dealer couldn’t replicate it, went to pick up truck, and luckily when I drove off it started doing it so turned right around. Tech was able to hear it so I’ll have a better idea next week when she goes back in.

My '21 makes this sound but certainly not as loud. I would rather they don't take everything apart. I think I will deal with it.

I’d assume a pretty easy fix?

I had to have my clock spring replaced in my 2020 2500 at around 10,000 miles, although it wasn't quite as loud as that. The new one has had no issues.

That’s reassuring. It’s louder in the video probably with the iPhone amplifying the audio a bit
