What is this on my truck?

If you could package that up and send it along to us in NH, I'd really appreciate it. We've had brutal cold and 30-40 mph winds the past few days, and I live here enjoying the 4 seasons and not minding the cold, but I want snow to play in. Enjoy it for the short time it's there!

BTW, the proper way to clear your truck to start driving is use your hand to clear a round 8" circle in front of you, leave all the rest of the snow on the windows. :D

I’d gladly send it to you.

A few days after the above post I did rinse it off. You'd never know it, we got around 8" of snow Sunday night and I've been out and about since, now worse than before. No way I'm cleaning it off for a few days, this morning was -12 when I got to work and supposed to be colder tonight.
