What Is the Meaning/Definition of these Stickers found on the Windshield ?

Can anyone explain what these 2 sticker are all about. They are on the drivers side of the windshield on a 2020 Ram 3500 Laramie Longhorn made in Mexico that was delivered to dealer on 2-10-2020.

It also looks like the green sticker was attached after the white sticker if you look closely.

Here is a list of Build Status codes that I am aware of:

Thanks, I was also wondering why the BODYS sticker was on there? Does that mean he was the person that placed the yellow sticker there or that maybe someone else may have thought it needed to go to the Body Shop, assuming that is what the sticker is?

I just wish I knew what information was attached to the bar code. I have tried several different reader on my phone, but they can't read that code.
