I love that you can just do that, i feel like here in NJ if you found an area where there was enough land to do that, you'd get a trespassing ticket or a ticket for damaging the environment.

Great solution! I did that on the I15 going to Vegas once. An accident had it all backed up.

We’ve done that around the state line area (just north of Primm). Drove 5 miles off-road to get around an accident that shut the southbound traffic down. Good times!
