About a month or so after taking delivery of my truck, I started to notice more wind/road noise coming from the drivers side. Didn't think too much of it until I took it to the car wash to pressure wash the heavy dirt off the sides. That's when I noticed the water/soap had worked it's way under the bottom of the door and into the cab and that was after a quick pass with the wand. The wind noise is subtle but, definitely noticeable - almost as if the window is not seated all the way up. I checked all the door seals and they seem fine, making contact with the door and attached correctly. Anyone else experience this and know what the fix is, if any?

On another note - it's going to the dealer tomorrow for a separate warranty item. When I installed the leveling kit, I found the drivers side wheel bearing had a little play in it.

I notice the wind noise in my '21 Laramie crew cab. Same as you, all seals appear to be OK. Took to dealer, they (of course) could not replicate the noise.
Hand wash in drive, so have not noticed any water coming in from pressure washing.
Door is nice and flush when closed, but when I notice the noise, usually hi way speeds and maybe a crosswind but not always, if i pull in on upper left corner of door (over my left shoulder), the noise diminishes.

Thanks - just dropped mine off at the dealer this morning so we'll see.

My 2019, 2500 was super quiet. My 22 Laramie crew cab super quiet. Probably something simple.

Hope so. My uncle has the same YMM as I do and I drove his last week to make sure it wasn't me. There's definitely more road/wind noise in my truck compared to his.

I have the wal-mart trimmed 3500 (big horn) but I've noticed that I have to shut my doors (primarily the drivers door) with a little bit more force than I'm used in order for it to shut all the way. If I shut it like I would any other vehicle door, most of the time, it's still slightly ajar.

Dealer agreed they can hear the road noise but everything looked okay. They did order new door seals - hoping that works.

You could do the body shop trick (how they fix the issue) put your knee against the lower part of the door and pull the upper left corner in as they tend to flex out after a while.

It wont help the OP’s issue but for others that have the top of the door wind noise thats the typical fix

Have they done the seal replacement yet?
I was told the same awhile back but wasn't confident it would make a difference and was hesitant to leave my truck with them to do this 'fix'.
If it works for you, I will pursue the issue with dealer again as truck is still under warranty.

Not yet, they have the seal but I’ve been out of town all week. Have an appointment Friday and will update this thread on the outcome.

Had the door seal replaced Friday and it worked. I don't hear the road noise like before.

Congrats and thanks for the follow-up!
Was it the outer seal around the perimeter of the door, or the the inner seal that window glass makes contact with?

When changing out my rear speakers in my 22, I noticed water in the bottom of the rear doors. Thought it was odd since I hadn't done anything out of the ordinary and don't sit on the window sweeps with a pressure washer
