Where do the hoses route?

I’m not aware of any factory vacuum on the 6.7’s.

Searching the image with Google finds that it is a differential pressure sensor #0514904. Appears to be for monitoring the DPF

Looked like a marine 2 stroke fuel pump, reason I was thinking that.

There was nothing hooked to it, just mounted on trans, that's why I was curious. Nothing plugged into it either.

That’s the differential pressure sensor. Monitors your dpf inlet/outlet pressure to determine soot load. Your truck must be deleted if it just sitting there.
