USB hub not powering when hot

Have had a bunch of issues with 22 RAM since buying it new. Front left speaker crackling (2 trips to dealer) and still no fix. They keep 'resetting' the 'system'. Also getting daily Uconncect system errors. Occurs daily on initial startup and then randomly while driving. Newest issue i've noticed the last few weeks is none of the USB and USB-C ports are powered after sitting at work in heat and then driving home. Will work fine in morning but every day now for a couple weeks they won't power until after driving for about 20-30 minutes and interior cools down. I've tried multiple known good cables and devices. No power until it cools down.
Dropping truck off again when we go away on a trip but wondering if anyone has seen the issue?

I've concluded its defintely heat related. Today on drive home it was cloudier and 'cooler'. Power came on about 5 minutes into drive.
