Upgrading to tow mirrors throw code?

picking up my new 2020 Ram 2500 tradesman tomorrow and I want to upgrade mirrors to towing ones. Current ones are power and heated. Service department said might throw code - not sure if this is because of temp sensors in mirrors or what. Is there specific model i need or setting in BCM that will have to modify to make this work?

I swapped tow mirrors onto my 2015 1500 years ago, it didn't throw a code, the only problem was when you flipped the mirrors out, the controls would be all out of whack because the truck didn't know it had tow mirrors.

You might throw a code with the temp sensor. I recently put a set of Boost Auto Chevy style mirrors on my '19 3500 and it threw a code the first time I started it. I have a cheap OBDII reader and I was able to easily clear it.
