Started with 2019 Ram 2500 with 5" screen and manual dials/knobs for HVAC.
Upgraded center stack with a 12" and module from an 2022 Ram 1500

Did the normal disable ICS and enable DCS using alfaobd. Everything works great except backup camera. When I shift in reverse, screen goes blue and says check all surroundings. Also, did the change on head unit screen dimensions with no luck in alfaobd.
Swapped back momentarily to the 5" and camera works fine...

Anyone else had/have this issue and found a workaround ? Starting to wonder if the 2022 Ram 1500 camera transmits in a different video format than 2019 Ram 2500 camera....

Thanks...
I had looked through that string, but still didn't find the answer(s) I was looking for.

I know the difference between the 360 view and non 360 view...and that they are completely different.
The 2022 radio/display module I am using has input for the standard backup camera option and another input for 360 if the truck has it. Mine only has backup camera and the my 2019 camera plugs right into it.

The confusing part is i found a listing online for an OEM backup camera for a 2022 Ram 1500 that looks like it is an exact match for the one in my 2019 2500, but the OEM part # is different. That is what makes me think the 2019 camera and 2022 camera may communicate in different video formats.
