upgrade to 8.4 inch radio

I have a 2020 dodge ram 2500 with a 5 inch radio I want to upgrade to a 8.4 inch radio with navagation what do I need to do?
 
I just bought one off infotainment.com. It is expensive compared to buying the separate parts from mopar. But you know you got the right parts and they are available. It was a quick half hour job and I love having a much better backup cam view and apple car play. I don’t regret it one bit.

Nice. That’s not a horrible price. On par with most upgrades these days. What type of functionality did you gain, aside from the larger screen?

Actually, the functions are similar, but this unit is more stable than my previous one, the operation is super fast and smooth based on the Qualcomm QCM6125 8 Core Processor. More importantly, it is very simple to connect to Carplay, not the Zlink that I hate to use.

Do you have a pic of it installed in your truck? (not just the stock photo you posted of a 1500)
 
There are a ton of Ram radios on MarketPlace for very reasonable prices. Is there a way to test the radio without installing it?
