Hello , I hope finding some solution here.
I have a Ram 5500 chassis-cab. Unfortunatly the dealer have to modify is order in regard to kept the truck under production. They remove the sales code (NLL-52+22gal) to (NAA-22gal) and now we install the 52gal tank over the et existing 22gal and all device needed to restore the equipement as i order initially. The problem i have now is BCM (body control module) we can’t upgrade the option in it and Stellantis refuse to help us in any way.
That’s very fustrating because the solution look so simple and nobody care about that.
Hope finding the solution and also hope to change the brand next time.3DDDCCC7-9D6D-4230-A74C-AA8C01DAAACA.jpeg

It looks like AlfaOBD has the option to select the secondary fuel tank capacity, so that would be the route I would take.

If you're not familiar, there are numerous threads about it spread throughout this forum, but the bottom line is you'd need the AlfaOBD app (Android or Windows), a quality OBD dongle (OBDLink MX+ or similar) and I assume (definitely need it on the 2500/3500) a security bypass cable (KAODTech or similar). Then you can back up your current settings, update the configuration value and save your changes.

I Guess this has been a while, not sure if you got it working? I was planning on "hacking" this option to control fuel from my 140gallon aux tank in the bed through the factory system. apparently it transfers fuel around 3/4 tank? wondering if it needs the fuel level from the second tank and the pump relay control? I found the pin for the fuel relay, but not for the second fuel level wiring. I can easily put a level sender in my aux tank.
