Unconnect screen goes blank - Sirius music blasting - can't shut off

In downtown area and have my google maps programmed for directions. Suddenly 12 inch screen goes absolutely black and Sirius music starts blaring. Mute button wouldn't stop it. Turned truck on and off and music came back immediately (not anything I would listen to). Turned my android off and music stopped but screen was still blank. Pressed every button I could think of and nothing would bring the screen back. Out of desperation, pressed the Assist button and voila screen came back on. Turned my phone back on and Sirius music started again and had to unpair the phone. I have no music streaming apps on the phone and it was definitely SiriusXM playing and I never renewed the subscription. Drove about 10 miles outside of the city and problem corrected. Coincidentally, another RAM truck passed by when the whole thing started but we were quickly out of range. Strange.

Ours has went blank a couple of times, but thankfully without the blaring radio symptom. Cycled the Screen button on the lower right to get the screen to come back on. Assume you tried the same. We use Android auto for navigation - so basically Google maps same as you

I think I vote for aliens. Screen button did nothing. Awful Sirius music we simply couldn't stop without shutting the truck off. Then when we re-started, music came right back.
