I have a newer 2024 Bighorn that came with the Halogen fog lights. I bought the entire LED set of LED lights, brackets, Bezels, etc. I just installed the driver side and the there is a substantial gap between the lens of the light and the black plastic bezel. Im guessing this is not normal? It got dark during the end of the Install so I can't tell if there is anything I can adjust or move out of the way. It looks worse in person than it does in the pictures.

Anyone have a close-up pictures of their factory installed LED fogs?

So, I had to put spacers in between the fog lights and the brackets to get them flush with the bezels. I'm not sure how it can be this far off on factory parts?? I used a small nut and washer as spacers on each bolt hole to get about a 1/4" of space. Pictures of the spacers and what the lights look like now.

Nice

I put Lamin-x yellow film over my fogs and it's slightly oversized, and i was supposed to (and did) get the film down between the light and the bezel. Based on how little i recall fighting to get it on, i think your first pic is normal. It's snowing outside here, otherwise i'd go take a look. :) but to my recollection, your first pic is 'normal' though i agree your upgrade looks better. I think there's a space there so moisture and such can drip down onto the ground instead of running down the bezel.

Does the Lamin-X yellow film make the factory LED fog lights match the factory halogen head/fog lights?

Hmm.. good question. They have a 'round' design style here, and those might fit (but they only say '1500' on them). If they look right(ish), could just pick up a set as they're under $20.

I’ve used LaminX on another car and didn’t care for the after 2 yrs results. They were brand new replacement housings I was trying to protect. They ended up yellowing (started clear) and bubbled. The lenses were far from flat so the challenge to survive was real. I ended up peeling it off.

I have a whole set of LaminX in clear for my 2021 Big Horn with LEDs if someone wants the set. Pay for shipping.
