My uconnect radio on my 2015 Ram 2500 just started randomly rebooting yesterday, it does this about every 5 mins. Took it by the dealer and they said they did a hard reset on it, but it did not fix it. Said I need to bring it back in for more troubleshooting. Is there anything I can do to troubleshoot it myself or am I looking at having to get a new radio. Any help would be appreciated.

I just bought a used '22 2500. Two days into it and now I'm getting the error message, "UConnect Box requires service. Please visit an authorized dealer." What gives?

I've had my '22 2500 Laramie for about 20 months. The first year the 12 in u-connect was fine. Then I got a recall from the dealer for a radio upgrade, Since that time, I have had nothing but trouble with the radio and u-connect system. 1. constant reboots, 2. backup camera freezes, 3. loss of vehicle functions on the top and bottom of the radio after reboot, 4. radio bouncing up and down after reboot, 6. inability to turn off heated seats or steering wheel because controls are gone. I am making my fourth trip to the dealer this morning. The first three trips were as long as 4 hours as they investigated. Ram techs seem to have no idea what the problem is.
