Hey guys, I have a 2022 RAM 2500 Uconnect 5 8.4 with no NAV. I installed cargo camera and I got a blue screen. I read that an update would fix it. My version is FCA_R1L_ARM64_00.145.00.15.00. Can you please help me to get the last updated file? (Uconnect website with VIN says that my system is updated and the car does not detect any update)
I called Uconnect support today. They said their website needs to be updated and asked me to call the dealership. The dealership asked me to contact Uconnect support.

Thanks for your help!

you installed an oem cargo camera on a truck that wasn't optioned for it?

if @Jimmy07 jumps on he can steer you right, but at a minimum you can change bcm settings to recognize the camera. not sure what else may be involved.. @Brutal_HO may know...

Thanks Yes I changed the settings with alfaobd. I had to wait few minutes then the camera cargo appeared but blue screen. I read that I need to reset (battery unplugged) but still same blue screen.

Don’t go by the uconnect website, it doesn’t work on 2018+ trucks.

This is a more current version for the ‘22 non-nav 8.4.

I thought the non nav 8.4 radios weren’t available to do OTA updates.

I guess I was wrong and I need to check for updates.

They can, if the truck is setup for them.

Does your window sticker say Ram Connect under standard features?

Based on the current version posted in the pic above, I do not have the updated "Build Number". But on my 2022 3500, all my "connected services" were deleted at the factory. Build date 3 -22. The truck is still under factory warranty, so I hope the update would be covered at the dealer.

No it doesn’t.

Are there any other ways to get the update(s)?

The dealership should be able to update them. They did mine from .141 to .145 when the XM presets kept dropping. They still dropped with .145, so that’s a warranty claim possibility if yours are dropping.

Not having issues with dropping presets.

Are there any benefits to updating the software other than the preset issue?

160 has been the smoothest and best software I’ve had yet. 145 wasn’t bad, but 160 is better. If you can get it for free I would.

Can no one put files onto the google drive to avoid so much headache with Uconnect?

I've asked this before because my dealer claims they cannot update my 141. It seems no one has the file.
