Turn signal out

I installed GTR turn signal bulbs yesterday. They were working fine. This morning I took it into the dealer to have the 12" screen looked at. When I left there the left turn signal wasn't working. I'm pretty sure the screen said turn signals out when I first got in. I used the right one and it seemed to flash fast for a second then worked. The left one didn't work at all. The next time I got into the truck it said left signal out. I got home and put in the stock bulbs and it still doesn't work. I didn't see anything about fuses for the turn signal either. The parking lights still work. I don't know if them looking at the screen would have done anything, probably just coincidence. Hopefully someone has an idea what to check for. If not, I'm just gonna to take it back to the dealer I guess. It's only got 1300 miles on it, so hopefully it's good

I have the GTR LED turn signal bulbs from headlight revolution in mine (reflector led housings, so they only function as turn signals not as running lights).
Occasionally (once every couple months) I will get the turn-signal out warning and hyper flash, but it usually resolves itself next time I use the turn signal. It seems this pretty much just happens in a couple of scenarios when turn signals are on for a long time (getting stuck in traffic in a turn lane, or using hazard lights for a while)…I’d suspect it might mean they are overheating (internal resistor over worked).
Your scenario is different though since they did not return to normal after a bit, or even after reinstalling stock bulbs…idk.

I took it to the dealer yesterday. The front signal hadn't worked at all since leaving the dealer last week. When they went to look at it the signal was working and has been working since. Weird
