Hey guy, recently I've noticed my turbo fluctuates under light and heavy throttle. It fluctuates from say 9-11 psi and feels jerky. The truck has a tune from calibrated power and does this with the stock file or tuned. With data logs, they see the truck doing this but because it does it on the stock file, they believe its something with the truck. The dealer didn't seem concerned. The truck feels like it defules or something. The truck has a s&b Cai dry filter and it is clean. Here's a video, let me know what you guys think. I doubt you can hear the turbo in the video but the top left gauge is the turbo and you can see the needle jumping back and forth and the center gauge as well. This is light throttle on a slight hill.

Does it have a blow off valve?

Have you taken off the intake tube and inspected the turbo wheel? Have you tried to see if there are any stored codes?
