So I’m uploading a video and I’ll attach. My truck just started doing this and trying to figure out why or if it’s normal. It only does it after I drive the truck. It’s warmed up. If I go into a store and come back out or drop my kid off at school and come back out and restart it, the truck starts fine and then for a second it idles rough and shakes the whole truck then it quits and is fine. Looking for options before I take it too dealer. Thanks

I'm thinking fuel pump related. My old Dodge 1500 did that once upon a Time and as I recall it was the fuel pump.

Perhaps you got some bad (wet) fuel?

Just for information sakes the last time I filled up was speedway fuel. And I add power service white bottle fuel additive. Only 900 miles so otherwise everything is just factory

I have a appointment at dealer tomorrow morning, this will be first trip to a dealer for service so I don’t know how it’ll go, so I was hoping to get some thoughts from guys here. Thanks for the reply

This update seemed to fix my problem, but when I’m stopped in gear it feels like it doesn’t idle as well. Feels like a gas car with a slight miss. The highlighted parts of the paper don’t really match my issues except rough idle

Appears to be an ever increasing issue with vehicles today that require thousands of lines of code to operate... fix a problem, create another.
That’s because they are trying to “fix” an issue instead of digging deep to find the true cause of the issue. Our control techs do the same thing all the time with HVAC automated controls. They keep having to go back and fix the same thing over and over again and wonder why it keeps happening instead of digging deeper to find the root cause. The sad part is that we are in an era when everyone wants it yesterday but when they get their wish the same people bitch and complain that what they received isn’t working correctly. So now it’s build it and release the beta version and use the consumer to work out the bugs. Just go over to the threads concerning new vehicle orders and delivery times and you’ll see tons of impatient people, this goes for every manufacturer. What ever happened to the saying about not buying the first year of a new vehicle or the year it gets massive updates...

Thats rough! God damn new trucks lol check out my post from today! Having an issue with mine on COLD starts
