Truck died on 7/12

This is the first Ram truck that has ever quit on me, sure hope it's something simple, only has 10,000 miles on it.

Dealer is so backed up, and short staffed, that they can't even look at stuff right now :(

It sucks when you keep a new vehicle on hand always, so that you have full warranty, and when you need the warranty, the dealer can't even look at it. Man oh man, are things in this country really messed up

Yup.....and only going to get worse. Too many unemployed, unpaid student loan Psychology majors and not enough securely employed, well paid Automotive Tech School graduates.

Yeah it does suck. Thankfully nothing major has gone wrong, but since the pandemic I haven’t gone to the dealer their service got so bad (and the wait times even worse). Been paying out of pocket at a local Christian Brothers shop for maintenance and minor issues. They don’t screw up and I don’t have to wait three weeks to get in.

What tough luck.
