Hello all!
Recently picked up a used 2019 2500 (90,000 miles) with the 6.7 and 68rfe. In the two weeks of ownership, I’ve noticed that when backing up a trailer (4,500-10,000lbs), the transmission almost sticks when trying to put it in reverse from park.
Makes a loud clunk when engaging and will act as if it’s still engaged, when attempting to switch to drive or park after finishing the back up.
Has anyone else experienced anything like this? Taking it back to the dealer as they have a 3 month warranty on top of the existing originally warranty that’s still in effect until December of 2024.
