Transmission Gear Display 2018 3500

I have a friend who has a 2018 3500 Longhorn. Is it possible to enable a permanent transmission gear display on the cluster? I was able to enable mine on my 2021 using JScan. He enabled it using JScan as well but don't see the option in the cluster menu to display it.

Anyone? BTW OBD JScan has an update for IOS.

No, the pre-2019 clusters aren’t capable of the gear display.
